SYT Teacher Training Agreement

Program Details

Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Online Teacher Training-Level One

•179 HOURS SYT CLASSES

Taking SYT Video Classes, Studying, Memorizing, Teaching.

•4 HOURS Intern/Teach 4 Hours/Classes 1-4 Virtually or In-Person to fellow TT students or friends/family.

•1 HOUR Teach a 5th and Final 1 Hour SYT Class Teaching Video showing the Teacher Trainee teaching a SYT class THAT incorporates a few sequences and stretches from all 4 Classes 1-4 Videos.

•16 HOURS ANATOMY

•6 Hours Anatomy (Module 1)

•10 Hours Anatomy (Module 2)

200 TOTAL HOURS

Standards of Conduct

As a teacher trainee with the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method, you are a representation of the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method and therefore must agree to follow the Standards of Conduct for SYTM. You are expected to follow the rules, standards, and guidelines as outlined here or in other materials you may receive.

Failure to follow and uphold the standards, rules, and guidelines may mean you are asked to leave the teacher training program or will not receive final certification.

SYT Teacher Training Manual

Tuition: $3,000, paid in full, or three payments of $1,050.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There are no refunds. If you are unable to attend the Teacher Training, we will apply the amount paid to your account to use for another teacher training.

Student Agreement

I, ______________________________, understand that I have paid (or will pay in-full) for Wayne Campbell’s 200 Hour Online Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Online Level 1 Teacher Training and agree to follow all standards of conduct, policies, rules, and guidelines outlined here or that are given during the training. I agree to complete all training, course work, homework, internship, and attend all sessions. I understand that completion of Wayne Campbell’s 200 Hour Online Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Level 1 Teacher Training does not guarantee a certificate. A level of knowledge and competency must be met to receive a certificate of completion and be considered fully certified to teach and promote the Online SYT Method-Level 1 Teacher Training. I further understand that completion of the Online Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Level 1 Teacher Training and receiving a certificate does not guarantee employment at Urban Fit Yoga or any facility.

SYTM also reserves the right to discontinue my participation in Wayne Campbell’s Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Level 1 Teacher Training, with no refund, if I do not follow the standards of conduct, policies, rules, and guidelines outlined here or that are given during the training, or if I conduct myself in any nature that could be construed as harassment or aggression towards the SYTM staff, guest teacher/lecturer, or another student.

Copyright

I understand that all Online Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Level 1 Teacher Training materials are the sole property of Texas Thai Sports LLC, and Wayne Campbell and should not be copied or reproduced without permission. All materials are considered under copyright.

Any teaching of the SYT Method should be referenced as Stretch Yoga Therapy Method or SYT Method and not any other name unless approved by Wayne Campbell.

When teaching Wayne Campbell’s Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Classes or sessions, you MUST use only authorized SYTM stretches from your Level One SYTM Teacher Trainings, otherwise you cannot advertise or call your class a Stretch Yoga Therapy Class or a Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Class.

Non-Compete

Anyone teaching SYT Method must be at least 10 miles from Urban Fit Yoga, another studio or facility teaching the SYT Method.

Becoming a certified SYT Method teacher does not give you authority or authorization to host or lead any SYTM teacher trainings where you teach the SYT Method to other students, whether they get certified or not.

Photography and Video

SYTM may take photos or video of the training or classes, you acknowledge and agree to have said digital images taken. Student agrees to grant SYTM and it’s subsidiaries perpetual, royalty free rights to all image, video, or other materials.

Medical

The Student certifies they have consulted with a physician and are deemed able to fully participate in the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method Teacher Training and all required SYTM yoga classes.

I will not hold owner, partners, teachers, other trainees, or employees responsible for any injuries suﬀered by me, caused whole or in part by my failure to faithfully follow the instructions of you or your instructors or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to you in writing.

Liability Clause

In no event shall SYTM be individually or wholly liable to the Student for any claims, losses, expenses, charges, damages, emotional or physical distress unless SYTM acts or failure to act involves intentional misconduct, fraud, or a knowing violation of the law.
